  Tried to redeem an old gift card here that they said was invalid. Went to the website and entered my gift card info, there was more than $50 left on the card. I went back into the store to show them the website verification and the person would not honor it. I asked for a manager and she did it right away. The manager said the other associate wasn't checking it correctly on her computer and apologized, but if I had not stuck up for myself I would have been out 50 bucks :/
