  Really poor service. I was trying to activate a new phone that I'd gotten on pre order. I got to the store 1 hour before closing. There were two customers and two reps working. I stood there for 45 minutes while the loud music was playing before anyone even made eye contact with me. Nobody else came in the store. I was "next in line" for an hour. When they got to me, they locked the front door, spent about 5 minutes on my issue, then told me I had to call Sprint myself from home because their manager leaves 3 hours before closing, and anything remotely complicated requires a manager to get done. Anyway I'm not sure why activating a new phone is too hard for them. I had already tried it on the phone, but it didn't work because as a pre order phone that had been delivered to me a few days early, it wasn't registered on the network yet. ??? Why does Sprint create these problems and not have employees capable of solving them?
